You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 3 hours before the start of the experience. If cancelled the deposit will be fully refunded. After that the deposit reserves your time slot and is non-refundable.

 Please note that the experience is NOT suitable for children. You need to be able to do some easy climbing, crawling and cope with some tight spaces. The experience is not suitable for pregnant women, people with epilepsy or heart problems. We may decline entry to drunk or otherwise intoxicated visitors. Non-compliance with these conditions above cannot be used as reason to ask any refund.
